Up until a few days ago, Curtis Stone - an off-grid farming influencer -was a moderator for a B.C. separatist group's Facebook page.
He's openly talked about his enthusiasm for listening to Hitler speeches, "love" of antisemitism, and says he's a white nationalist.

Evan Solomon This Earth Day, we’re reminded that protecting our environment and growing our economy go hand in hand. Through Canada’s 2030 Nature Strategy, we’re working to protect 30% of our land and water by 2030 and restore the ecosystems that sustain us. From clean technology to conservation on the ground, Canadians are leading the way. Let’s keep building a cleaner, stronger Canada for generations to come.
Happy Earth Day, from the guy who wants to build digital asbestos data centres across the country. They sure need clean water for those!
A network of 20 inauthentic YouTube accounts has racked up nearly 40 million views by peddling lies, grievance, division and narratives normalizing the prospect of Alberta’s secession and annexation by the United States. @charlesrusnell.bsky.social reports. #abpoli
The foreign psyops operation to promote the Donbas-style traitors in Ottawa is at work. This has Brexit style interference all over it. Will the government take steps to shut down the foreign threats to our nation?

As Canadians rally to stand up to the threat from Washington Poilievre is trying desperately to walk in Trump's shoes.
Doofus. A total doofus.
Thank you for your courage to publicly address abusive language.

planners: our two universities will be at the end of a peninsula and at the top of a mountain
people: won't people complain about how removed they are from the city?
planners: almost immediately
people: will rapid transit be created in response?
planners: we'll talk about it for decades, but no
If you've agreed to read a manuscript for the purposes of giving feedback and then feed it through ChatGPT to produce the feedback, you are the devil. Don't do that to your creative friends. It's not only unethical, it would put them in violation of no-AI clauses in contracts (including ours).
Nazi Trump’s obnoxious ambassador still peddling his master’s lie about the “fentanyl flood”.
How about the tsunami of illicit guns hitting 🇨🇦Canada from the 🇺🇸USA, Pete?
🤷🙄🤷
This needs to be taken seriously. Along with underfunding, Doug Ford is destroying the university system. And yes, this latest move is 100% in line with what we've seen happening by state-level MAGA-hats in the US.
Don’t worry, we have $2.4 billion to give to oil companies, but mail isn’t an essential service.
This is a major line being crossed by Alberta's UCP government. Throwing out the work of an independent boundaries committee is authoritarian and extremely anti-democratic.
If the UCP goes forward with this plan to gerrymander Alberta's electoral boundaries, Albertans of all partisan persuasions will be called upon to push back. And hard.

Gerrymandering Alberta
Hey, Google, if I type a URL into the address bar, I DO NOT want to search for instances of that URL on other websites. 🤦♂️
This is just so blatantly untrue that it requires an almost wilful misreading of over 50 years of historical scholarship. The AI summary version of Canadian history.
AI star symbol.
It's funny (not funny) how this ubiquitous symbol screams 'beware, incoming trash!' I have an instant reaction of revulsion whenever it pops up.
Who is being protected by the dress code? Manufacturers of ugly golf pants? 😦
Mark Carney's decision to suspend the federal gas tax was dumb. The positions taken by Pierre Poilievre and Avi Lewis, on the other hand, were downright ludicrous.
We can do better than this, folks. We have to. #cdnpoli

So far this government has:
- removed EV mandates (and moreover paused rebates to stall the market)
- removed carbon tax
- removed low carbon electricity policy
- removed gasoline tax
- removed oil and gas cap
when does the Canadian Federal government do climate policy?
"There's one thing that's worse than being uneducated and it's being badly educated. And Mr. Carney is very badly educated on economics." -- Pierre Poilievre says, as water dribbles down his chin
Klein: I agree that it is a revolutionary technology, that it is going to transform our economy on the scale of the Industrial Revolution.
But unlike the Industrial Revolution, which created huge numbers of jobs, the goal of this revolution is to eliminate jobs.
That's the plan. Carney is solidly a conservative, which means any taxpayer money must benefit corporations and not the public.
this being the thing that crosses the line for many rightwingers is so illustrative of how they don’t really care about anything real that actually matters. their problems are all entirely fictional
The profits from fraudulent prices are ongoing and huge, the government provides little oversight or testing for consumer protection, and the fines are a joke. No wonder big grocers carry on ripping us off.

That’ll fix it. If there’s one thing we know it’s that when the government cuts the taxes on gas, the oil companies keep the price low for consumers. In BC, when the carbon tax was eliminated, gas stayed low and that’s why prices are….wait…hold on…I’m being told this may not be the case…
"Getting your ducks in a row" takes on a different meaning then 🤔
