The burning frustration + cold sadness that comes with protracted days of Long Covid fatigue make the experience even worse at 4 1/4 yrs than earlier. I've paced so well, so carefully, yet PEM hits brutally.(And still no research focused on us 2020 people -we're still here, ignored.)

A joy-filled muddy walk, Jan 2022, 2 years into #LongCovid but today, at 4 1/4 yrs, I can't imagine being able to that, this week. Fatigue and PEM are cruel masters.
I don't play very often, these days, so this was a particularly satisfying win. Wordle 1,348 3/6

LongCovid sleep. 2 nights of 10hrs then a return to 2hrs on 1hr off. Never refreshed. It's hard to distinguish between chronic tiredness + chronic fatigue, but they feel different. Today? Flu-like, shakes, buzzing head, clothes feel like sandpaper, can barely hold my head up - fatigue, then. Eurgh!
Everything this man posts resonates with me. Often, it's like he has climbed inside my head. Give him a follow. @drdoylesays.bsky.social
An informative interview with Canadian Ambassador + LBC. Only 1% of USA's problem with illegal movement of goods+people into US is over Canadian border, yet Canada has big problem with USA guns etc. Perhaps USA should focus on the 99% AND the demands generated IN THE USA.

Hello empty void. I joined Bluesky yesterday, having joined Threads a few months ago, after deleting the site that shall not be named a while ago. I'm hoping this is worth the effort and, like the early days of THAT app, is somewhere where useful, truthful information, humour and kindness prevails.
I've just joined Bluesky having left THAT site some months ago and moved to Threads but I can't find Geoff and Margaret either here or there. Shame.
