Maybe I'm a masochist, but all the stuff people complain about in FFXIV are the things I tend to enjoy the most.
Dungeon Leveling for a new job is a lot of fun and most people are very nice and you get to practice your rotations and junk.
I might feel differently after level 50, but I like it now.
Someone posted this comic on the other site and it really resonated with me so I wanted to voice it for fun!

I just finished FFXIV A Realm Reborn and I think people have REALLY overstated how bad it is.
ARR is okay, but a bit long so I understand bouncing off it, but it's mostly fine.
Also, I should probably get some friends and an FC to join for the game.
Playing FFXIV and I'm almost done with ARR!
Having loads of fun. Hopefully I can keep it up for everything that comes after
