It's been like 9-10 hours and I'm still sore from all the gum stabbing.

The little scraping pick is never comfortable fr though I know it's necessary. What's not necessary is trying to pry one of my teeth out to the point I worry it'll come loose 💀

Paula carefully applies fluoride to each tooth with a little brush. The woman today had me leaving with bits of caked fluoride everywhere including my tongue and cheeks. I like to leave it on for as long as possible but today I couldn't do it.

Normally I enjoy getting my teeth cleaned, but today the usual lady wasn't there. The usual lady carefully cleans, polishes, and cares for each tooth front and back. The stand-in hacked at my teeth with wild abandoned bouncing from side to side. 😭 Paula I know you won't see this but I missed you 💔
