Starmer has been under fire so now back to Nigel Farage:

1. Who paid for his Clacton house?

2. Has Tice paid his tax bill?

3. Why does his company Thorn In Side Ltd own properties that are not declared?

5. What does he gain from supporting the likes of Nathan Gill?

BBC news is going down the pan. The Tice story should be one of the lead stories in the news but curiously it is barely mentioned. Hope Robbie Gibb is listening.

The left and right want Keir Starmer out because they fear him. He’s going about things in a diplomatic manner and they hate that. They’re pulling at threads all the time. Imagine if Fartage or BadEnoch were in charge of the country, we’d be at war with Iran.

Totally agree. Meanwhile, the world crumbles around us and we need someone serious to guide us through the ruins. Do we really think Rayner, Polanski or Farage would do this better?

I always smirk when I see 30p Lee stand up in the Commons and talks about honesty.

Esther McVay is still there somehow.

Yes. Looking after their own. Thatcher did realise the importance of the single market but realised it was to the advantage then of the backers of the Tories and not the faux patriotism of UKIP and the Brexiters.

It's pure party politics & about retaining or gaining power. Tory policy since the second world war has been absolutely woeful. Thatcher broke the society consensus and left huge waives of the country desolate and Cameron/Osborne ensured with austerity that the ladder out of poverty was pulled up.

The level of rhetoric & smearing is beyond anything seen before. Foot & Kinnock were similarly put down to give impression to the public that they were incompetent. Reform & Tory failures are just hidden by the rw press which is leads to a very slanted narrative in all news outlets.

This concerted anti Starmer campaign feels a bit too well orchestrated and could lead to a point where no Labour PM can get power and not be severely smeared.

Right papers in Britain now calling for Starmer to go (and I’m no fan as my posts will testify) for “the faint possibility” he lied to parliament are those same papers who defended Johnson and thought he shouldn’t resign for definitively lying to parliament.

Making a splash: demand for raw and ‘brewed’ milk growing in UK Farmers and delivery firms launch new options for those seeking alternative to traditionally pasteurised product

Apparently Raw milk sales not only increasing in the States but also the UK as the Guardian reports. This is unpasteurised milk with the ‘goodness’ of Salmonella, E. coli, Listeria, Campylobacter, Staphylococcus, Yersinia, & tuberculosis bacteria left in. Yet the Guardian didn’t say this…

The UK press in general has always been in general right leaning during my time. But I have never seen such vitriol aimed at one Labour leader than this and I remember what they did to Michael Foot. You have to wonder what has got them so spooked ?My take is that a lot of this is coming from outside .

My partner Tarquin said if he had confronted him he would have shoved the petrol hose up where the sun don't shine. He's very good at shoving things up.

One thing I will admit.
You can’t fault the enthusiasm and positivity of Reform’s local election campaign.
And their message is getting through as loveable Lee Anderson found out recently.
The electorate are really beginning to understand what Reform UK are all about.

With the local elections fast approaching this deserves revisiting:

Farage squirms as Rep. Jamie Raskin obliterates the "Putin-loving, free speech imposter, Trump sycophant".

Please share as widely as possible. The news media have a convenient habit of forgetting about Farage's service to Russia.

I don't know why this is so hard for some people to grasp. If we extend our use of fossil gas, rather than going all-out for grid batteries, heat pumps and induction hobs, we extend our dependence on *foreign* sources of gas, regardless of whether we also use the UK's last remaining reserves. 🧵

And with our high utillity bills, expensive food bills & high cost of living, that paltry £997 is much less in reality.

#Labour, #Reform or the #Tories don't care. They're NOT on our side.
