We made improvements in Version 14 - maybe not enough to satisfy you, but definite improvements. Going further with drawing tools remains a long term goal, just not top of the priority queue yet.

Of course feel free to reach out to us via our customer support email with some details of what you’re experiencing. I don’t think any of our v14 changes are reductions in accessibility so we would welcome your feedback or the opportunity to help you resolve the problem.

Everyone hates UI changes, even if they are good ones. We're confident in the improvements we've made and love the new V14 UI improvements. I believe that, given a bit of time to get over the initial shock of "omg something changed!" most (but perhaps not all) of our users will love them too.

They said we'd be FOOLS to release a major update today, but we didn't listen!
