best way imo is to study 3d forms, but dont trace them or redraw them 1:1 from what you see tho, thats not gonna help u much with actually Understanding what ur drawing. Try to rotate the form in ur head and draw that instead, make it look 3d, look up 3d models and watch them from diff angles etc

HMMM usually my poses and anatomy come from my own imagination, but I do use Pose It app, and Sketchfab to find 3d models to reference perspective and muscles from if I'm struggling!!
Referencing and studying anatomy from 3d rotatable forms can help you more than just pictures!!
