Why has my instagram timeline reverted to last week? Almost every post is from April 1. This is annoying but also problematic on account of the April Fool’s posts that are now even less funny.

I have never watched more than a minute of How To Train Your Dragon (can’t do animal movies, even good ones cause I will be in a puddle) but every single dragon at Epic is adorable and perfect and exciting and I will kill for any one of them.

It’s only Tuesday and I am real close to eating my entire cotton candy grape allotment for the week. What am I going to do and don’t say buy more cause I do not have it in me to go to the store again this week.

Note: had covid last week and still can’t taste anything except grapes and mandarins.

Today a dog looked at me like she could tell I was sad. She held my gaze and I felt like she wanted to comfort me.

Today I also rescued a mouse from a trap, setting her loose in the woods. Her nose was bleeding but she seemed to make her way across the leaves ok.

And both animals made me cry.

When you wish you were dead and then you get smacked with COVID, it kinda feels like the universe is considering your request.

How do you get back to wanting to wake up every morning when the frame around everything you loved is gone? Every morning I’m reminded again that he broke me, and I just want to go back into a sleep coma. Nothing looks the same anymore. Nothing feels right.

I do the same, but the Yankees broadcast is actually three pitches AHEAD. Which is great for me because I know when to look up and pay attention to the play, but hard for me not to send a text to the Yankees friends chat and spoil whatever’s coming!

Watched the Severence finale last night and probably should’ve been in a better headspace to witness the utter heartbreak of watching the person you love morph into someone else entirely.

It’s so cute when people wanna brag with “I travel a lot”. I’m sure you do, but I was walking down this same hallway 8 hrs ago looking at both my arrival and departure on the same board, and I’ll be home again in 15 hours. Five planes in 25 hours. I’m very familiar with how the precheck line works.

This works for some, absolutely. But some of us can be so deep that it takes so much effort to try to make those friends who love us comfortable. I know they’ll argue with me if I say I wish I didn’t exist…and then I’ll just politely agree to make them feel like they helped. And I still wish it.

The thing that really tests my tolerance is being in line with people explaining Disney things with total confidence but using the wrong names.

Had this same thought recently when I was away for about a week and had to comb through thousands of emails to make sure I didn’t miss anything important. Less than 20 of them were relevant, maybe three were important. I’ve unsubscribed, I’ve blocked senders, I don’t know what else to do.

Omg SAME. I was going to reference it but didn’t know if I would sound crazy! I’ve been paranoid about toxic shock syndrome since I was like 11, so there’s all kinds of anxiety about that area!
