Why is it when I take a break from work I get very sick?
But then there is today, when I got to the gym. I was barely putting the weight up that I very comfortably did last week. So maybe the cut is working but I have entered this over salted phase of my week?
If I don't feel hungry (or hangry), I assume I ate too much for a cut.
Cutting calories is hard.
I think I estimate just right but then I step on the scale and seem to wildly have overcounted my calories (or had a lot of sodium).
Right now, I am up 4 pounds from last weeks low, but according to my accounting, I have had no more than 1800 calories in the last week.
Can you clarify whether the preference is for SSO or is the preference for a try it before I commit type of thing?
