#EWGC Just finished THE CHILDREN. A dark cautionary fairy tale involving the many ways famous creative parents can mess up their children. Haunting and I felt a lot of vertigo trying to reason out what was real and what was from their made up childhood in mom's written pages. Wow! @librarylovefest

#ewgc Hey book friends! Hope your week is going well. Starting with LAND by Maggie O'Farrell. Amazing writer! Deep dive into the endless struggle of the Irish to survive as seen through the eyes of one family. I would listen to this forever just for the lilting accent. @prhlibrary.bsky.social

#EWGC THE FOURSOME is the most unusual marriage situation in history involving a pair of sisters who marry Siamese twins. No privacy, what society feels is a mixed marriage and constant togetherness is quite the scandal for these two sisters. Really interesting.

#EWGC THE ENDING WRITES ITSELF is a classic murder mystery served with a dash of satire. Authors vie for a big payout if they can finish a dead man's manuscript but only if they can stay alive to collect. Fun whodunnit with lots of the expected twists. @librarylovefest.bsky.social
