Not in my lifetime. I'm currently 38 Years of Age, and have GERD, along with a Torn Lymph Node and High LDL Cholesterol, etc. I don't think I have a very high life expectancy. Probably won't live past 65 or so, if even.
I guess that lines up with the Palm Top AIC event starting too.

But, this fluid is stored on Dijang only, and cannot be piped out through Talos II AIC areas. There's a special terminal that shows fluid storage, and can be told to show a display of a certain amount of fluid storage on a wall nearby. (EG: Three fluids.)
However, the terminal can be set to have the depot access a specific region's stash/depot. (With a cooldown.) Unlike upgrading regional AIC Areas, this AIC area requires materials from the recycle stations. One of the unique upgrades to Dijang is to allow the depot wall to accept fluid into storage.
Unlike other Core AIC areas, this one will have all available features that are currently unlocked. EG: Wuling fluid facilities, etc. EG: It acts like all Core AIC regions at once.
Only downside is that it cannot receive or send to other regions via regional transfers.
The entrance side has a gathering area, and a terminal that allows you to upgrade the Core AIC area size, etc. As well as change what the fluid dispensaries... dispense.
