I used to want an extra day in the week just for me. An eighth day that didn't exist elsewhere. Now I'm not so sure. Beautiful. But creepy. Just as I like it.

Just got home from a couple of nights away. I'd sat down for less than a minute before Asbocat swarmed onto me. I think she's pleased to see us.

My mother in law is giving a huge air guitar solo to Dire Straits whilst watching an old Top of the Pops and all I can say is it's quite something to behold.

Heard a dad in the supermarket telling his kid they'd go to Kew Gardens and then have fish fingers for dinner. What a day!

The vet did mention dental surgery at some point. That won't be cheap! Hoping insurance will cover it.

That's a lot of waiting and hold music. Hope your kid is OK.

Asbocat had a vet visit today as she was hobbling. Luckily, nothing serious. She's not impressed at not being allowed into the garden though.

This is hauntingly beautiful. Heavy with grief but threaded with hope.
