I think the timelapses produced were a little low on data. If I were to do it properly (record my screen, fast-forward the recording) it would probably look a lot better.
Of course :) I used git as basically a backup tool, but it came in handy for recording these. I checked out a few commits, took screenshots in Trenchbroom, and stitched them together as a gif in Gimp.
I was originally going to do it in-engine but I couldn't figure out how to preserve the POV.
