Finished my blaster! Really happy with how the weathering came out. It’s all glued up so nothing moves, but I’m still very happy with how it looks!
Got the paint to mostly where I want it and the first layer of sealer over it. Need to dirty it up a bit and do some damage. Then a few more layers of sealer and it’ll be ready to be put back together

Cosplay update: picked up a blaster, because while he may be a Jedi, he’s also a mandalorian and so a blaster is needed! Going to repaint it silver and black to match the lightsaber.

Not too bad progress for the day. Construction of the pauldrons is more or less done. Still need to do some spot filler and sanding for clean up.
