I kinda can’t believe I’ve never heard of this before now. Matt Dinniman is coming to our city’s con next month and everyone was going crazy online at the announcement — so I had to check it out. It’s a fun read!

My daughter has been wanting to check out Game Guys in Houston, so we finally went today. HUGE space for trading cards/TGC tournaments. Oodles of Funko pops, claw games, anime figures, blind boxes and other fun stuff💸😁
A year or so ago I bought the complete series of TRILLIUM by Jeff Lemire and added it to my never ending TBR stacks 📚📚 Gotta do less doom scrolling and read more comics 🙂
Finished my Batmobile late last night… well, kinda. LEGO accidentally included 4 long windows instead of 2 long & 2 short. Already emailed them & feel confident they will send me the needed pieces. #LEGO 😁🦇

Took my daughter to the new BookOff in Houston today. Geez, that place was packed but she was happy to find some old anime figures. Ate some tasty vegan ramen nearby 😊🍜

Our favorite local gachapan/claw machine joint created a little artist alley corner in the store, so we went to check it out. Decided to hit up the Totoro cafe nearby 😊
Happy new year! For the last few months, I’ve been buying less new comics and focusing on reading all the unread books in my collection 🙃. This is one I picked up from a public library sale for $1 long ago😁 time to dig in
Earlier I was at the park and I saw Santa, so I told him I’ve been a good girl all year. He looked at me with doubts and said “I’ll be consulting my notes”. 😂🫣
