I think they did it to offset the development issues, making dying less punishing.
Because I'm including a train station that connects the three major areas in Damocles' Buffet, I'm including a NPC who exists entirely to explain where each station goes. But, part of the fun with this is that I can also use the NPC to give worldbuilding.

I think that I'll add Gigga and her wife Byt as my next characters in Tomodachi Life, but I also want to just draw Byt casually again. Though, given how similar she's built to Plaine, part of me feels like I should draw Plaine instead.
A lot of these people think that they can just get away with it, and justify it with "Well we shouldn't let minors into our spaces! Kink pride!"
