Every afternoon is turning into macOS freaking out that I'm out of memory as I run out of HD space and swap can't grow. Closing my Chrome tabs frees up 5GB of HD space. Thanks to Apple's unified design I can't upgrade my 256GB HD (and IT won't let me plug in a drive).

It's been 75 days of tracking my meals and I'm finishing up the first 9 weeks of working out.
