Blue man group Avatar or Air Bender Avatar?

Ok yea the melee might need an upgrade but mods would also work.
If youve not gotten galv. Mods id recommend those as melee weapons are usually pretty tight on mod slots.

The phenmor is fine but can be rng dependent

Which weapons are you using?
Most things can do alright in sp with some modding but getting the mods and the forma for it isnt always worth it
