As a student teacher in the 80‘s I recall a lecturer telling us of the then system in France where every child was taught the same thing (lesson) on the same day. It seems that was an ideal for some rather than a warning.

I know a lot of secondary schools pre covid were going down the route of resource packs where powerpoints were part of the shared resource along with lesson plans. Teacher A writes a lesson plan with resources and teachers B,C,D and E teach that same lesson, like a team of supply teachers. 🤔
