Yet people continue to vote Republican. It's like voting for your own executioner.

Everything Trump touches dies.
He makes existing problems worse such as inflation.
Then he creates new ones such as a war in Iran that drives up gas prices and weakens not only our economy but the world's economy.

Trump has spent his entire career lying, cheating and grifting. Why people thought these were presidential qualities is beyond me.

Trump used his base for his votes and then threw them under the bus. His base tends to be poorer so all his policies hit them harder. But they still worship him.
