Best options are two Summer Skadis (regular Skadi is fine) and Oberon at the end. Yes, you will be rendering Takasugi vulnerable and helpless at turn 3 but I think you would see that as a win.

You gonna want the quick support for Takasugi.

For low rarity quick support, kid Alex can help. For other types of damage steroids, maybe others that can give NP damage and attack up.
