Yeah, it's a total mystery how Apple overtook Blackberry after Obama changed government procurement rules to favour Apple.

That decision worked out so well for everyone given that Apple is a big Trump donor.

I feel the same about place names.

If you can say Germany, you can say Deutschland.

If you can spell Brazil, you can use the correct spelling of Brasil.

This isn't just an Anglicized annoyance. For example, people in Spanish speaking countries translate Sao Paolo to San Pablo. Unnecessary.

Because 99% of American citizens think their responsibility in a democracy starts and ends on election day. 🤷🏽‍♂️
