that part has been pretty fun (but challenging), I may post some 'dev logs' about how they work in the future if there's interest. Most of the challenge was how to not get stuck on stuff in roblox while they fight and dodge :P

Since it can be hard for multiplayer games to get server's populated from zero I added advanced npc players that can temporarily sub into games to fill in. Depending on skill level they will build towers/sentry guns, go after objectives and flags, dodge,airstrafe and even rocket jump in some cases.

I probably misread your post and thought you were wanting to 'open source' your BSP creations. It's not really clear to me what a 'BSP game' is unless you're referring to quake/halflife etc. If you are talking about a full indie game using a bsp system then people launch those on steam most often

this is incredible! Is there any chance you'd ever allow someone to use this model for a npc in their game? I designed various NPC robots bots that spawn in waves as part of my game, but nothing that looks this cool

you can add highlights to objects in roblox studio/code, just make the "fill" 100% transparent and the outline black for a basic outline effect :) - there is a pretty low limit on how many objects can be highlighted so I use a module script that groups characters in the game under a single highlight

The Christmas tree actually shoots a death ray at enemies in range, so maybe "IS YOUUUUUUUUUU" could be the last thing they hear before their demise 😇

Added some holiday flair to my game- Making a local effects handler for the changing xmas lights was a lot more complex than I was expecting...especially on tools! Happy with the result though :) The weapon shown is a snowball cannon

I'm not sure if anyone has done this before, but I thought it was kind of neat: Each part of the eye (bottom eyelid, top eyelid, eyeball) is an individual part that is controlled by a servo/hinge constraint. Below is the clip when I got it working in studio for the first time. #robloxdev #roblox

it ebbs and flows right now, NA focused atm. Roblox ads destroyed my home recommendations and really have been underwhelming as the player quality is so incredibly low - many seem like literal bots, so likely pivoting more to the youtuber/streamer route...
