Huh ๐ค... this is really interesting. I drove myself nuts trying to get the same consistent results between IDE vs ktlint cli/gradle. Even with all the rules clearly set in the .editorconfig - and shared and configured in the IDE - it was still off... o_O

It probably helped a lot that after 2 years, I was allowed to kind of make up my own cursive, sort of, without being penalized for it. For capital letters I found annoying, I just replaced them with the easier print letters, so I have a weird mix of print & cursive when I write by hand :D
