For transgender πŸ³οΈβ€βš§οΈπŸ³οΈβ€πŸŒˆ people like me, the situation can feel even more painful. We face discrimination, rejection, and fear for our safety. Sometimes we feel invisible. Yet we are human beings who deserve dignity, safety, and the chance to live without fear.

Every day in the refugee camp feel endless. Hunger has become part of daily life for many of us. There are mornings when we wake up with nothing to eat, and nights when they go to sleep with empty stomachs. Food is scarce, and even the little that is available is not enough for everyone.
