3yrs ago I was collecting carts in a Whole Foods parking lot. Annoying work, the few days I had to do it in >100° weather I felt like passing out. Despite this experience, I dont think every1 who leaves a cart out is some kind of budding school shooter. Im more glass half full re humanity writ large
