Hello all. I am back! Work has taken my attention the last few weeks, the results have been amazing but I need some time for myself.

A fine afternoon in the beat lounge.

“We’re all ready to go” says the pilot.

“But air traffic control have other ideas and want us to stay on stand here for 30 minutes !”

That’s going to be delicious 😋

Today we have G-TNEC operating BA949, a 1 yo A321 NEO with the poverty spec no middle table and recaro’s down back.
Unfortunately no WiFi has been installed yet and the plane has an inop APU so the cabin is cosily warm on this 100% full flight.
Have two captains up front and a SFO so in safe hands

Exciting stuff.

Munich airport is a mission and a half!
Train comes in at T1 section E, walk to section A for BA check in to then walk back to D for security to go back to B for passport stamping. Gate is then back up in C and a nasty little corridor of clutter that I wasn’t able to get to use my group 0.

Off to the airport time.

Tram was going well until it decided to end service half way along.

I do love a nice tram ride back to the hotel after a few little beers.

Had a relaxing day at Therme Erding. Not to get back to town for some last night fun.

Sam had been knocking back the Prosecco.
