Yes it is much more common to pick up physical and mental health disabilities if we're raised in poverty
Incorrect. I am classified as self managed. I receive their invoices, claim from ndis, funds deposited in my account.i pay providers.

I hate that. And I often wonder where these ppl get their $. When my son & fam were trying to buy their 1st house they lost out on one at Auction to a local guy who was on to his ELEVENTH property! We *really* need a cap on investment properties. *They* are the scumbags, & the worst landlords.
Wouldn't it be great if council removed all the fucking parking meters and replaced them with car chargers. They could raise revenue by charging for the electricity instead. And that was just from my "bath tub think tank". Imagine what we could come up with of we talked to town fucking planners!
Time for the ALP backbench to put their electorates before subservience to the Cabinet. Failure to call out neoliberal economic policies, militarism and the plight of working the working class will see the loss of many seats at the next election.
Fix CGT,-ve gearing and housing!
Channel 9 doing its damdest to stop Aussies buying EVs.. lobbying for the oil companies!
Follow along peeps!
Outrageous!!!
The entire supermarket gets designed around positioning it the furthest point from entry. Forcing you to be tempted by eleventy hundred products you are forced to walk by...
Won't you please think of those Wesfarmer shareholders, Doc lol
Some cities are installing "pavement gullies" so you can charge your car outside your home from your own electricity supply. The gully means that cables don't create trip hazards.

My friend who worked in youth justice said a lot of support workers were leaving to join NDIS. Even though the provider is getting that rate, the workers were getting around $60ph which is still better than what they were getting. I believe. Providers need to be screened asap and thrown out for this
That's the weekend rate. Overnight.
Oh yes. Disability support pension very difficult to access. Im sorry 😞
Thanks
I self manage my daughter. This is how much the provider charges. Im not sure how much the girl gets after their admin cut.
This is weekend rate. Nights.
It's fkn shocking, no providers in Port Macquarie NSW want to touch anyone on level 2 care packages as there's not enough money for them. Don't want to do housework only showering and higher cost tasks, rang 7 of them to help out my 80yr old friend who I'm ft carer for but no dice - aged care same
I can't quite believe (a) how quickly so many people started outsourcing their decision-making and critical thinking to machines owned by psychopathic oligarchs, and (b) how quickly that made everyone really, really dumb.
And even less interest.
The failure of a large part of humanity to see that not everyone is just like them, and that is a perfectly normal and acceptable state of affairs, is at the base of most of the world's problems.
There is less and less empathy in the world.
Unfortunately i experience something similar.
I know it is worsened by overuse
Typing everything with thumb on phone. I dont have a laptop.
1000s pages for legal battles
No
Sounds like tendon
#NDIS providers charge $300 ph for a young support worker
Think i might set myself up as a qualified support worker to "support" my #autistic child
Beats the hourly rate I currently receive as sole f/t carer responsible for their every need 24/7
May be able to buy a car
#carerpension
It is all related
If you refuse to see it you're choosing cognitive dissonance
Is it possible tendon damage
Is the ABS here
Yes!!!!
This is rather shocking. But yes - Japan has a gas import tax
australiainstitute.org.au/post/japanes...
As the govt weighs options to raise revenue, balance the budget & confront the global energy crisis, one solution is staring them in the face: replace the broken PRRT with a fair tax on gas exports. It's long overdue, and has widespread support… www.abc.net.au/news/2026-04...
