Al menos yo cuando me siento así conmigo misma, intento buscar eso ropa donde no se aprecia tanto si engordé o no, así no me veo mal en el espejo. Y las modas estás que solo están pensadas para gente que mide 1.70 y pesas ni 50kg no ayudan, pero sigues siendo preciosa por dentro y por fuera💜
Cuando me siento así, intento comprar cosas más anchas, tipo faldas y vestidos donde si engordo o no me seguirá sirviendo y no me da tanta cosa como intentar entrar en un pantalón sin elástico que de un día a otro no me quedé, no sé si te sirve de consejo
Te entiendo, juan estos últimos años me dice que porque no me pongo otra ropa de la que tengo y porque siempre voy con el look de "saco de papas". Y se que por mucho que te diga que estás preciosa tengas el peso que tengas, esto no entra en nuestra cabeza

Aún no me convertí en la loca de los galgos, las dos hermanitas de Musa han sido operadas hoy y se quedan solo a descansar calentitas y volverán al refugio recuperadas🙃
