Feeds let you curate your experience more. The follow feed is my usual starting point, but you'll need to build up your follows for that to work. You can build a set of other feeds by searching for interesting stuff and somebody will usually have a curated feed for it.

I really like bsky. I go through phases with it, like almost anything. But it's a lot like the old, funky Birdsite before it all got terrible.

Search for what you're interested in, and someone will usually have a #starterpack that will let you follow a bunch of people at once...
