Whether or not Trump’s threat against Iran that "a whole civilization will die tonight” proves to be one more empty bluff, the very fact that a President of the United States could speak such words is sickening.

As AFL-CIO Secretary-Treasurer Fred Redmond said, we’ve seen tech firms push AI products that have threatened people’s health, safety, privacy and rights. Workers are scared about their futures.

Job loss and AI adoption isn’t inevitable. We can protect our jobs and freedoms.
