What gets me, is that it hasn't exactly been a secret that Trump and his BF Bill were at Epstein's back in the day, nor is it a secret that Trump and Bill were longtime friends, before the first Trump election.
I was just saying the other day that if the Epstein files were ever released, that there'd be a shit ton of redaction. Not just bc some of it would involve open cases, but bc if they weren't blacked out, too many heads would roll; and powers that be refuse to take responsibility.

It's only been a few months ago when I got trash talked over my use of AI, haters claiming that AI can't produce anything good. Haters love to be short-sighted. Bc it's easier for them. They have a ready-made script.

I try to stay out of anything political, but where I draw the line is where innocent people get hurt, or don't have the rights they deserve. These things have nothing to do with political agenda, these things matter to everyone. It breaks my heart when people don't see that.
If LGBTQAI+ rights don't matter, if POC don't matter, what's the point of America? I thought our great nation was suppose to be about all kinds of people, living among each other, getting along? I grew up in a very diverse household, apparently not everyone did.

6/6 One more thing, the anti-AI crowd aren't my audience. So their threats of blacklisting means jackshit. Bc I have no desire to play in their sandboxes anymore than they have a desire to play in mine. I'll be fine. So will they.
5/6 But as long as a huge amount of the creative community wants to war over the use of AI, they will be meant with opposition. This is a war. We won't be bullied into silence. I know, I'm a party pooper. Tough toodles.

3/6 and a few bad actors. AI is a tool. I still put a shit ton of myself into my writing, and that's with using a shit ton of AI. But see, I actually went out of my way to learn how to do it right, and I still use writing craft in the process. Some of us actually learned how it's done properly.
2/6 AI, and I stand against actual abuse done by bad ppl using AI. I agree that Anthropic was guilty for pirating books, and ergo needed to pay up. Actual theft is illegal. But not everyone who uses AI is stealing. Such things are called, stereotyping. Prejudice. Assumptions made based on headlines,
1/6 When authors who oppose AI say things like, "Using AI will kill your career, and get you blacklisted." I say this back, "Okie doke. Wouldn't be the first time I have dealt with bigots trying to shut me down. I'm pan, support equality, so I'm used to it. Bring it on!"

If more people could get past their prejudices, they'd find family and friends everywhere. Seriously, what stops a lot of bonds from forming is due to asinine wars that should have never been conceived. If ppl want peace, they need to start with themselves. Some ppl get that, just not enough.
LOVED IT! And that press they're talking about? I'm apart of it! I write under a new penname for the FFP, but it's still dark fantasy, with a lot of grimdark influence. With the FFP, I write to market, but it's going to be awesome!

Just today, using YourFirstDraft through the FFA, I was able to crank out a story dossier plus first chapter that was amazing. I put a lot of myself into the process, and I could tell. Almost ready to have it spin up an an entire draft.
Oh I understand. Even on here, a while back, I got soooo much hate over AI, even by authors I used to respect. And many of those AI haters love to send death threats, and lawsuits. Although it's mostly just talk, but it's harassment.
