I have a hard time switching from #Vipassana to #metta - or at least remembering to practice metta. I voice recorded the Metta Sutta (attached ) to play back to myself a few times a day as a reminder.

I chose metta over money. I'm going on an intensive #metta #jhana retreat for 3.5 months starting in Dec.

Wavering between going on retreat for 3.5 months early next year, or working harder and earning more. This is the first time I haven't been 100% all in that the retreat is the better option.
