Either way, the Internet was furious because the official #Letterboxd website and the Reddit group censored it. The #Melania poster is now no longer visible on these sites.

Even though it was still an option for official patrons who, as a patron get to choose the custom poster they want

They could have been referring to where this #Melania poster actually originated, which was on a a public Metro station in LA or whatever:

So one user messaged the mods and was like, “Why the fuck are you censoring the community? This guy was just posting about what actually happened with the #Melania poster.”

To which the mod responded, “We don’t support vandalism.”

But the mods in the Letterboxd Reddit group took the post down and censored it. Like, WTF?!

One Reddit user posted about it, because apparently Letterboxd uses the poster for a film that is the highest voted poster on TMDB, which for #Melania, again, was this one

So everyone was joyful all across the land, leaving hilarious reviews on the #Melania film on Letterboxd:

“They’re showing this on airlines and people are still walking out.”

“I had more fun watching Melanoma.”

“I pirated this movie and I still want my money back.”

What’s also hilarious is that people are changing the alternative names for the Film on TMDB 😂

This became the highest voted poster on TMDB, which automatically makes it the poster on Letterboxd.

It remained on Letterboxd until they censored it, then somebody posted about it on Reddit, and then Letterboxd took down that Reddit post. I’ll post the images/screenshots

So this was the official poster Voted the highest on TMDB. It showed up on Letterboxd, which is complete lol, and somebody posted about it on Reddit, and the Letterboxd mods took the post down, which is censorship.

That’s why I’m posting it here

I just saw that Apple TV picked up the Cosmere universe and wanted to come by and congratulate you.

A lot of people are very excited about this.

Apple TV does it right usually, in my view.

It is sad tho, that poor people read too and have zero access.

Hey, at least we can take solace that this chest beating ape admin is planting hubris and destructive patriarchal notions into the American identity that will last generations.
