No better way to travel. I’ll be on the 8 pm train tonight and will say hi if I see you at the summit.
I can’t make this, but I have the Sunday ride on my calendar.
Welcome to the Bay! I hope you enjoyed the trail.
This trail is part of my daily commute. The Cross Alameda Trail is an absolute delight, an important connection from Oakland’s Fruitvale neighborhood to the Alameda Seaplane Ferry Terminal. Give it a listen and then go for a ride.

But I guess bikes are the next best thing. 😆
I only rode a few times, but I loved having a beer on the train.

Of the 12 Walnut Creek fatalities, 8 occurred on just one road: Ygnacio Valley.
Advocates who have been fighting for solutions to this crisis for many years can not take your legislation seriously when there is no action on the PRIMARY traffic safety issues in your district, all involving CARS.
Elect a mayor who makes streets safe for all and writes op-Ed’s celebrating them. Bravo, Mayor Ashcraft.
I e-bike to San Ramon from Dublin, so that's how I fit into Contra Costa.
I commute daily on BART from Fruitvale to Dublin/Pleasanton. Saving BART is literally difference between living car-lite and adding another car to 580/680. Count me in.

Did you miss the Pretti Good San Francisco ride? Want to re-live it? Here is (nearly) the full ride from the ferry building to Sunset Dunes, past the Golden Gate Bridge, and back along the Marina and Embarcadero. It was a spectacularly beautiful day to honor Alex Pretti & Renee Good.
Today’s Pretti Good ride in San Franscisco. Days like today remind me why the SF area is gorgeous and is filled with beautiful, kind people.
I was out too. I missed you guys! What a ride that was.
Alameda, CA had nearly no bike infrastructure when I moved here 13 years ago. Now's it's one of the best cities in the Bay Area and will only get better as it's Bay Trail, Cross Alameda Trail, and Central Ave projects finish up later this year.
Congrats @bikewalkalameda.bsky.social
Count me in
Take a ride on their greenways if you can make time. I've visited twice in the last two years and put together a couple of videos. Here's one:
