I recently heard from Teesside veterans, joining Luke Myer MP and @annaturley.bsky.social MP at a roundtable session in Guisborough for discussions on veterans’ mental health and suicide prevention. These discussions were put into motion following the tragic death of former Royal Marine Sam Morgan.

Auschwitz was at the end of a long process. It did not start from gas chambers.

This hatred was gradually developed by humans. From ideas, words, stereotypes & prejudice through legal exclusion, dehumanization & escalating violence... to systematic and industrial murder.

Auschwitz took time.
