Does anyone actually read Time anymore? it has been a checkout line rag for stacked decades. We had a subscription at our house to it up to the early 1980s. U.S. News and World Report too. (and for me, Omni and Astronomy). Is there anything relevant in Time anymore?

Also when it was remastered the background colors of most of the scenes changed. Some of them drastically. The originals were hand painted.

I'm not a real fan of any of the changes.

There doesn't seem to be an exact year. I remember it in the 80s. The full version, including Hermey's "I Want to Be a Dentist" song, is included in most home video releases. But who would actually go buy it? C'mon, its proper place is on a local tv channel.

The song about Hermey the Elf wanting to be a dentist in the 1964 animated special *Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer* was originally part of the TV special but was edited out of later broadcasts. for brevity and relevance. It was cut in many TV airings starting in the 1970s.

I'm not over here a lot, but I keep a window open. We'll see
