Right, so far traced the Tullamore branch to a few generations of “tailors” and ”shoemakers”.
The ”rural” side were farmers from just outside Tullamore than appear in Griffith’s valuation in the 1860s.
And I appear to have corroborated the family legend of a presence on O’Connell St in Easter 1916.
