Yeah he looked good. Some decision making and final ball stuff to work on, but the kid is 19. He offered a consistent threat wide that shifted the defence.

There’s lots of chat at the moment that our squad isn’t deep enough. Yes we need a CB or 2, but doesn’t this last couple of games show us we have good, albeit raw depth? No one has depth for their depth, and this many players out decimates any team. Most of our squad are fine to fill in.

He’s now worked/played under Poch, Jose, Conte and now Ange. That’s a fair apprenticeship. In the next year or two he needs to go be a head coach somewhere without so much pressure and in a couple of years he’ll be back, and I’m excited to see how good he can be.
