That electorate still had no real idea who she was, couldn't identify her positions beyond trivialities and clearly was looking to the strong economy candidate.

Polling throughout the summer clearly showed that the deciding part of the electorate wanted a good reason to vote against Trump. He was very unpopular. Polling also showed she was a blank slate all the way through August. But by October..

There are three things you need to accomplish in a campaign. 1) Tell people who you are (introduce yourself) 2) Tell people what you want to do. 3) It's the economy stupid.

Biden really messed things up but Trump was beatable. Her messaging was awful. She lost on issues that were gimmies for her. Ultimately candidates must own their races.

Followed her since her start. Yeah deck was stacked against her but she's also one of the worst campaigners I've ever seen. She's the only prosecutor I've seen lose on crime issue & she did so against a convicted felon.

Worked on tons of campaigns & won election myself. Her campaign was a disaster.
