AI has been shown repeatedly to not only not be therapeutic but at times damaging and/or deadly. Not to mention it also undermines the therapeutic process by essentially becoming validation machines, not challenging clients nor understanding the use of various therapeutic techniques and methods.

This is terrible. AI is becoming integrated into EMRs, used to write clinical notes and treatment plans, and even as an added support chat "for when your therapist isn't available." Some places even have an AI feature that will record the session.
