In corridors. Where paramedics are trapped at A&E for 7+hours.
I don't know the answer. I'm eternally grateful for the NHS. Something needs to change. 🩵

After 11 hours I reluctantly came home. She was in good hands and still is in good hands.
I'm not sure what I wanted to say with this post. I'm devastated for our NHS and the absolutely incredible staff. This seems to be the norm. WHY? WHY? Is our health system crumbling where patients are lined...

We waited in the ambulance for 7 hours alongside 19 others ambulances for beds. That's 38 paramedics off the road.
Admitted to A & E, amazing staff. Corridors are FILLED with ill patients. Told it is a 60 hour wait for a ward bed. (Cont)..

I'm not a typical social sharer, but today I'm sharing. FYI, it's long.

Yesterday my mum was taken via ambulance to our local hospital. Oxygen sats below 80. In a bad way. Stabilised in ambulance but cannot come off air.
Arrive at hospital. No beds. Stay in ambulance where she can receive oxygen.
