This is my cats Eli & Eve. They hate each other so this was a momentous day seeing them this close that it reminded me of The Creation of Adam by Michaelangelo

I used it for a Process Engineering role and it made it super easy to navigate issues raised by teams/customers across the world, get that feedback where it mattered and acted on quickly, etc.

I really liked Jira at my last career. It's hookup with Atlassian also made it the one stop shop for our teams for just about everything! It's also more tailored to the IT/service related support as opposed to Zendesk
