Boles replaces Frye as IndyCar president Penske Entertainment has replaced IndyCar President Jay Frye with Indianapolis Motor Speedway president Doug Boles. The change comes just over three weeks before the start of the new IndyCar season…

Can't overstate how good this is for #IndyCar, especially as new fans come on board. Doug's love of the sport and its fans is genuine and infectious, and he makes *everyone* feel welcome.

All Indycar wheels are black magnesium. When you see chrome, it's just a vinyl wrap based on team preference. Penske and Ganassi are the only teams that do it; Penske on wheels and suspension arms, and Ganassi only some of the time on wheels. Some teams (McLaren) add color wraps to the rims.
