Thankfully my doombox of cables/adapters had a USB Ethernet adapter.

I guess I know people who've drunk almost solely Pepsi Max for years and are still alive, so that checks out.
The bottle says it's only 12% of my recommended daily sodium, and it seems like I'm averaging 3 bottles a day, so it should be okay if I'm not eating super salty foods for every meal I guess.
So I ordered 24 bottles of Gatorade to help me get through COVID. It's sugar free so not massively unhealthy in that respect, but I assume consuming this quantity over a few days isn't actually very good for me. Is it possible to overdose on electrolytes? Am I going to die from too much salt?
