What we witnessed in the Oval Office was a disgrace. A staged mobbing rather than a meeting of leaders. This was political theater designed to humiliate and bully.

It’s the death of the USA as we knew it, where statesmanship is replaced with power plays and mob tactics.I stand with Ukraine.

“Federal workers don’t deserve their jobs! Federal employees don’t deserve their paychecks!”
— Marjorie Taylor Greene

🤔Interesting stance, considering a congresswoman is a federal employee too.
What planet is she on?🌎

Shameful to see a spoiled old man exploit the devastation of the Palestinian people for his own gain. Their suffering is not a tool for power or profit. This is a new low.

Idaho town hall meeting turns chaotic after woman is forcibly removed for shouting at speakers A Republican-hosted legislative town hall meeting in northern Idaho became turbulent after three plainclothes security workers forcibly removed a woman who was heckling the speakers.

At a Republican town hall in Idaho. 3 plainclothes security officers wrestled Teresa Borrenpohl to the ground, zip tied her, and dragged her out for opposing a proposed Medicaid repeal. Violating her 1st Amendment rights to free speech/assembly. It’s beyond disturbing to forcefully silence dissent.

A new U.S. constitutional convention? Ohio Republicans join effort to make it a reality Ohio lawmakers are joining a nationwide effort to hold a second constitutional convention, with the goal of reining in the power of the federal government.

19 down, 15 to go. MAGA’s pushing hard to trigger a constitutional convention. If they hit 34 states, it could reshape everything. Our founders are rolling in their graves. Buckle up!

Additionally, proposed cuts to programs like Medicaid and food stamps, paints a clear picture of the target. You can find more details at The Peterson Institute for International Economics.

The Trump tax plan disproportionately favored the top 1%, with the poorest quintile receiving a $130 tax break annually (0.6% of income) and the top 1% getting over $70,000 in savings (3.2% of income)—nearly five times as much. This a war on the working class, the middle class and the poor.

Firing General CQ Brown, Admiral Lisa Franchetti, and General James Slife is a reckless move that weakens our national security. Every day, we slip further down the slope. There is a leader to our east, with ambitions of reclaiming lost territory, who must be thrilled.

Agreed, no argument here. Reagan set the stage for Trump, and there’s a long list of egregious actions against minorities, the working class, and the economy. This post was meant to emphasize how much worse Trump is, and how fragile our democracy is. What we’re witnessing now is unprecedented.

36% of eligible voters didn’t vote in 2024, that’s nearly 90 million people sitting it out. We have to put our focus forward and onward to change, connecting with more people and maximizing in the midterms!
