We have to acknowledge the disillusionment here. However I still hold the opinion that a minimal motivation can be achieved through some artificially created accomplishment or peer pressure. It has to be them fighting over something instead of we forcing them to do something. Sad but true.

TBH cultivation is never going to be the solution. This is happening to all clubs that require any sort of skillset. People do things for beneficial outcomes, so that's going to be either getting advantageous in academics or to have fun. Apparently this is not something easily offered by most clubs.
