Apologies for lack of project posting, I bought a damn house and also *gestures vaguely* so to say my mind is elsewhere is a bit of an understatement.

Stand by as I re-build my crafting cave and nestle up in my new nest.

The Artemis II rocket has just lifted off the pad, with hundreds of onlookers crowding the deck of a bridge in the foreground. The bridge splits the frame vertically, and cleanly breaks up the smoke trail of the rocket's exhaust, incandescent above and smoky below. The rocket is partway through its roll program, turned about halfway towards broad siding the view with both boosters. The golden hour lighting really makes it.

I do think this shot, though it's far from my best work, is gonna be one of my long term favorites.

I gotta get into hard sci-fi, any recommended starters? I feel like when I hear "hard Sci fi" I think it'll be too complicated to follow 😅
