In recent years she appears to have disappeared up her own rear. I guess she's surrounded by Yes Folk who are scared to say when she's being foolish

Yes very similar. The SLT/286 was revolutionary. It eliminated the need for me to carry a desktop machine and monitor between the office, car, hotel rooms and site huts/equipment cabinets. I used to get some weird looks when I carried the original PC-XT through hotel lobbies and in various lifts
Did that device copy its styling from the Compaq SLT/286? I had oen of those Compaq machines around the late 1980s for my site-based programming and system configuration work

I feel like I've cheated with this one because when it was first released I was at the age when everything was suggestive, even the shipping forecast
One small box of pastries please - so around 75
I used to rate that O'Brien guy but like a lot of apparently sincere people he's just a shit stirrer - and he's gone full-hack again. That's a litmus test of the mercenary media
They thrive when there's mayhem, so they ignite and fuel mayhem
By gad you are so tiresome. Thank heavens your thin veneer of fake sincerity wore through when Sangita was booted out so we can take your pointless mercenary utterances with a large pinch of salt
I will have to hunt that one down
I was never a fan of TOTP. It seemed to bring out the worst performance from many musicians - and of course it was too poppy. A few years ago I tried to catch Zal Cleminson live but always seemed to miss out. A few years ago a Facebook mate from around Glasgow reckoned he was a force of nature.
Trump probably sounds better after 8 pints of ale and 10 large whiskey chasers
Agreed.
Numerous YouTube videos and the SAHB Live album do them justice. That live Midnight Moses video on YouTube is superb. I love the bewildered looks on many in the crowd. That was me in 1975 until the penny dropped.
Some of the YouTube BBC performances are less than flattering though
I saw SAHB having never heard of them before. My first reaction when they started with Faith Healer was 'WTF' but I was won over very quickly. No disrespect to Queen & Freddie, but Alex and his 'Tear Gas' cohort give them a run for their money. Alex at Live Aid? Now there's an AI video I would like
Water is horrible. I'm sure that water bottlers are resposible for the promotion of carrying water. In 2003 I hiked into the American desert with a sack full of water on my back believing that I'd be dead if I didn't swig it all down, but I think I sipped just half a bottle.
Vambo rules - as I learned in 1975
My wife noticed a group of schoolkids being marched along a street the other day, all armed with water bottles. The 'drink 5 gallons of water per day' propagandists have really done a lot of harm. One of my former colleagues used to spout a lot of crap about needing to drink copious amounts of water
I did go to a good school but I still look back and think 'cunt' when it comes to the loo system. They never seem to move on from the Victorian workhouse attitude. Yes if every kid popped for a piddle in every lesson it would be mayhem but it wouldn't take Einstein to design a fair system
His early fame in Star Trek went to his head

My wife has a good laugh at that orange bogshite when she compares him with Obama. She says that Obama is the complete opposite of him. Clever, funny, good looking, right thinking and with quite a bit of charisma. MAGAs are clearly the kind of people who would build a religion around a wet dog turd
Yes, some were so loud I almost suspect they had built in amplifiers and speakers. But 41 years ago when I was handed a box with an IBM PC-XT with the instruction 'manage that', the sound of a newly fitted 20Mbyte 'Winchester Disk' spinning up was akin to a Beethoven Symphony
I guess that's a Tesla robot running version 15.3 Beta - lucky its battery didn't go full-on Roman Candle
Well that's my earworm for the next day or so
"In the beginning, in the beginning, Vambo ruled.....Vambo is a cross between Santa Claus and Spiderman. All right? OK"

I say, 'tough on catnip, tough on the causes of catnip'
To misquote Life Of Brian, "He's not the Messiah, he's just a weird, criminally perverted boy". I guess in 2000 years they will make 'Life of Donny & Jimmy'
Well he did show Iran who's boss....๐ ๐ ๐
The organisers must have known there would be backlash against his proposed appearance. Was this their act of self-sabotage because profits would have been lower than desired? As usual it's the fans who will be the real losers
So that's why Lauryn Hill suddenly disappeared. She's obviously a superstar with a lot more to give. That's terrible.
