Great to see UK rejoining Erasmus. Interested to see what else comes from talks today on further steps towards closer relationship with EU

I'm sure this will all work out amazingly well for UK Labour. What could possibly go wrong with blocking Burnham from running as an MP.
Excellent perspective on how the path the EU has been following in the current parliament now looks like a particularly poor choice.
Tell him Love Actually is on ITV. He'll understand.
I can't be the only person who thoroughly dislikes the style of reporting Chris Mason applies? Makes me want to have a shower after every snippet I see.
The fear must be palpable at offices across the world right now as ChatGPT is offline due to the CloudFlare issues.

Again, protocol for formal means the activity must be performed in a standing position. Ideally to the first 4 bars of "The British Grenadiers"
Nothing cheers me up more on my commute than hearing podcast hosts pimping products which they clearly have no idea what they are.
Were medals worn? Port passed around in a crystal decanter afterwards to toast the monarch of the day? If not, then formal doesn't really work here.

I still have (mental) scars on my knuckles from hollowing out turnips as a kid. Brutal.
Where? Who? Don't leave us in suspense, we need answers. Who is this masked hero?

I appreciate with everything going on in the world that this is small fry. But the recent update to the BBC weather app pisses me right off.
Update: 2nd glass of red ordered. That Burgundian economy isn't going to sustain itself.
That's probably to limit the radiation burns!
That really is quite bright. Aren't these things usually a warm glow, rather than a survival signal for passing aircraft?
I'm sat on my own having steak frites in a little french restaurant in London with a glass of red and it feels brilliant. Sad, but brilliant.
I'm at the Banff Mountain Film festival tonight. Don't think I've ever seen a higher concentration of down jackets in one building.
I've been offline all morning, what did I miss? Is Farage now looking to deport all Grandparents? Cats? Or has he gone down the route of demanding taxes to be paid directly to local Lairds?
Nectarine. Kinky. I suppose it is a Tuesday.
Grilled halloumi and avocado sandwich and watch me turn into cookie monster.
Biscuits optional.
I like Ed Davey. I think he's a decent politician. Sadly, he's not a great speaker and this conference speech is like a middle class tea and biscuits session. I was hoping there would be some fight in this, but it feels....well...weak.
Sadly, that won't matter. They got all the air time they wanted, now they are all down the pub celebrating while the rest of us are finding ways to counter their myths.
I've got withdrawal symptoms after a week spent in Milan. Why the fuck did we ever leave the EU? And with everything going on in politics now, I feel like packing up and finding somewhere to quietly sink into the fabric on life in a village somewhere in Italy.
It's getting to the point where I'm dreading opening a browser for fear of what new nonsense I might discover. The more worrying part is that by lunchtime Labour will probably be suggesting something similar.
